How to Keep Fit While You Travel

Travelling is one of the best and most life enriching experiences you can have, but passing through different time zones, sleeping on unfamiliar mattresses and long days flights can leave you feeling tired and sluggish. At home you get up for work at 6am, eat three set meals and use an indoor bike in spin class twice a week. Humans are habitual so it’s great to find a constant when you’re travelling. (more…)

5 Great Reasons to Visit Istanbul

Wondering why Istanbul was named the number one destination for 2014 and why you need to get a Turkey Visa? Then here you have the answers-5 great reasons to visit Istanbul. From Miami to New York: An American Road Trip

Taking a road trip from Miami to New York is probably one of the best trips anyone can make by themselves, with family, or with a group of friends.  There are a number of fantastic stops along the coastal route; the beaches are wonderful and the scenery is breathtaking the whole way.  You could make this trip in a matter of a week if you are on a time restraint, but, if you are not you could make this a month long experience to see all there is to see along the way.  The cities on either end of the 1,200 mile journey will never disappoint and neither will the magical journey in between.  This is a splendid way for tourists to take advantage and see some of the best the United States has to offer.

The Sights and Sounds of Singapore

My father grew up in Singapore in a small town just outside of the capital city. Years after moving to the Czech Republic and starting a family, we decided to visit where he grew up to take a trip down memory lane. While it wasn’t our first time traveling as a family, this was our first time visiting a south-east Asian country. We expected things to be different, but weren’t sure how we would fit in as Westerners. (more…)

Cruises: Not Just for the Old and Retired!

Cruises used to be considered something to do when you are retired. Working for forty or fifty years earns you the right to travel the world in luxury and comfort. Should you really wait until you retire to enjoy all that a cruise has to offer? We don’t think so, and neither do the tour operators. (more…)
